Executive Assistant to CHRO & Corporate Social Responsibility, Program Manager @Align Technology

Executive Assistant: Support the CHRO, direct reports, and HR Org including coordination of travel arrangements, schedules, appointments, conference calls, presentations, process expense reports and management of staff meetings. Assist with a variety of strategic projects and processes. Develop, maintain and track progress of major deliverables through a master team calendar which includes collaboration with key stakeholders and those responsible for the deliverables. Manage the Anniversary Award Program, Employee Discount Program, and Global Mobility Process. CSR, Program Manager: Manage the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility activities globally including Philanthropy, Sustainability, and Employee Experience with special emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion. Partner with global CSR ambassadors by maintaining Teams page and scheduling and planning CSR ambassador meetings and communications. Manage global employee programs, in partnership with CSR ambassadors, that activate internal employees towards initiatives contained in the CSR calendar. Manage local programs- high school corporate work study, mentoring, CSR calendar events. Contribute to the visibility of the company’s CSR program in partnership with employee communications through new hire onboarding material, website and factsheets. Develop and promote employee engagement opportunities related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to retain a diverse workforce and to foster a fair and inclusive work environment. Project lead in vendor assessment and implementation of CSR (volunteerism and donations) platform that streamline processes and enhance collaboration. Manage all contracts and payments - new Contracts, existing Contracts, vendor on-boarding, payments and donations.
