As the Community & Events Lead, I’m passionate about understanding the unique needs of nonprofits and schools when it comes to workplace fundraising. I focus on building meaningful relationships with industry members, gathering insights from their experiences with workplace giving by running weekly discussion groups, and identifying opportunities to support nonprofits\' success. Whether it’s through sharing existing resources that align with goals, developing new tools with Double the Donation’s resources to share broadly with the community, or connecting people with my industry contacts, my approach is always personalized and driven by a genuine desire to see the sector thrive via workplace giving.This spring, I created and implemented Double the Donation\'s first ever fully virtual (and free!) summit, The Workplace Fundraising + Volunteering Summit. Over the course of 2-days we welcomed nonprofit professionals, hosted 20+ industry thought leaders as speakers, and fielded messages from live attendees. I look forward to launching our second virtual summit in Fall 2025. Keep your eye out! Recently I\'ve presented at, West Coast Meeting of the Minds, Nonprofit Power, the Corporate Giving Network summit, and the Southeast Annual Giving Conference. Attending conferences helps me not only stay up to date on the latest trends, but to bring relevant, actionable insights back to our clients, my team, and industry friends. My goal is to be a supporting and dependable resource. I’m here to help you overcome challenges and make the most of opportunities that come your way.
