Colleen (Curtin) Bullock is a driven, trauma-informed team member. She believes in the importance of pausing and reflecting in order to develop intentional solutions to challenges. She collaborates with different departments and entities with the belief that we can have the best possible outcome when we work together.Through her work, she has advocated for client needs while maintaining professional relationships. She tackles new projects with precision and evaluates programming to improve outcomes. She develops and implements creative solutions. She has demonstrated the ability to effectively balance a range of responsibilities including data management, event planning, and crisis intervention. She has worked to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and community while committing to ongoing learning.Colleen brings with her nearly 15 years of experience as a baseball and softball umpire. As an umpire, she has learned to make split-second judgements, endure criticism, defuse hostile situations, and humbly learn from mistakes. These skills transfer into her day-to-day work with others.Colleen was a self-taught website administrator and social media manager for eight years. She researched tools, built new content, and evaluated the effectiveness of the web presence of the church.
