Co-founded and lead Deloitte\'s Workforce Experience by Design practice, a strategic collaboration between our Customer & Marketing and Human Capital offering portfolios. Integrate firm expertise on branding and market positioning, social sentiment sensing, AI and cognitive technology capabilities, ethnographic research and other modalities to serve our clients\' most challenging experience issues and develop solutions that create value in the market.
