ABOUT COLLEEN BAGNALL PERRA
With over four years of experience in development and alumni relations, I am passionate about advancing the mission and vision of Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. I have a proven track record of managing and cultivating major gift prospects, leading and mentoring a team of six professionals, and collaborating with various stakeholders across the college and the university. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in professional skills training and social networking. As the Senior Director of Development, I am responsible for the identification, qualification, solicitation, and stewardship of at least 75 individuals, corporations, and foundations that have the potential to make gifts of or more to Eller College. I have exceeded my metrics of 100 personal meetings, 20 proposals, and $1 -$10 million raised annually, and have developed and executed strategic and personalized plans for each donor and prospect. I also oversee the development and alumni relations team, providing them with guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
