Fostering the confidence and trust of our clients and vendor partners through action, follow-through, and shared success. Interfacing with finance, legal, and other back-office teams as the business adapts to an ever-changing technology landscape.Key Accomplishments:• Uninterrupted year-over-year growth in collaboration product and services revenue. Highest Cisco Collaboration annuity subscription bookings revenue amongst peers.• Managed the transition from on-premises to SaaS solutions internally (e.g, engineer and sales team training) as well as client awareness and education. For example, Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center have largely supplanted Cisco UC Manager and Contact Center Express in our sales pipeline.• Established new strategic vendor and subcontractor relationships (e.g, Five9 & RoomReady) and subsequently celebrated significant mutual wins with each of them. Also developed the agency route-to-market to capture new sources of revenue.
