As an IT Development Analyst overseeing information technology operations for a financial institution, I bring over a decade of experience in technology, education, and leadership to support IT solutions in the banking sector. Before entering financial services, I served as a tenured Associate Professor of Digital Media Production while also leading institutional initiatives as the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Coordinator. These roles provided me with experience in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences. As QEP Coordinator, I managed cross-functional teams and worked on technology-driven initiatives that improved operational efficiency and user experience. My accomplishments include being named a University System of Georgia Chancellor’s Learning Scholar, winning a national faculty broadcasting award, and publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals.I’m focused on supporting digital transformation in the financial services sector through technology solutions that improve banking operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver secure, reliable systems for both internal teams and customers.
