Led the sale/exit and post-acquisition integration of Soben Group to Accenture UK Plc Infrastructure & capital projects (I & CP). Delivered all key due diligence workstreams for entities across AMER, EMEA and LATAM including finance, accounting, tax, treasury, pensions, payroll, project finance, compliance, contracts & legal, commercial, procurement, real estate and IT. Cross-functional responsibility at board level for leading finance, IT, HR and recruitment for “business as usual” activity during period of integration. Finance- Continued responsibility for end-to-end finance Commercial- Approver of all commercial terms including contract data, general duties and scope, warranties and indemnities, limits of liability, insurance, compensation events, termination rights, escalation in-line with standard NEC4 guidelines- Partner and advise operations and procurement on down-stream contracts including negotiation on pricing and contract terms HR- Advise CEO and acquisition sponsors on pipeline-linked resource demand and organisational design and structure - Owner of retention reporting and driving communication and engagement to improve employee net promotor scores (eNPS)- Run employee performance and objective-setting including PDR calibration & pay/bonus sign-off - Improve capability through L&D initiatives at Director and Associate Director level- Manage and report on employee relations (ER) issues including liaising/partnering with legal - Support the re-branding of Soben’s EVP and embed this across EMEARecruitment- Built the talent acquisition team from the ground-up including new sector-specific experience- Developed, negotiated and signed partnership agreements across the EMEA region for talent acquisition and virtual bench-building of community capabilities - Successfully obtained investment sign-off to launch the Soben Academy, an early careers programme
