My previous work experience has focused heavily on Operation management, sales management, marketing and advertising. I have over ten years of experience in the service/sales industry, most recently in hospitality management and serving. Previous experience follows heavily in operation management in the Health and Fitness industry and advertising in both digital and print media. I have a great understanding of building a book of business and using a \"hunter\" mentality to get the job done. I enjoy using a consultative selling approach to actually listen to clients and help them build what is best for their business. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills. I work very well with teams. I have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook), Sales Force CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I have proficient knowledge with Google-DoubleClick for Publishers program, I am also a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and dedicated to personal and professional growth through engagement in high energy, fast paced, results oriented & high pressure environments. I enjoy training, helping others and working with my associates in order to create a great overall environment.
