Driven by a deep desire to make the world more just, prosperous, and peaceful, my career has taken me to some unexpected places: guiding local governments through strategic and operational challenges, helping hundreds of Chinese university students master English, and facilitating transformational donations for leading philanthropists.So far, my journey has spanned 29 countries, forged hundreds of meaningful relationships, and profoundly shaped how I see the world and myself. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats—teacher, researcher, strategist, writer, consultant, fundraiser, filmmaker, traveler, and volunteer. Strategy Impact Manager

Appointed by the Director/CEO as the utility’s first dedicated strategy and performance resource, supporting the nation’s 13th largest public water system. Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and performance management across Charlotte’s integrated One Water organization — encompassing water, wastewater, and stormwater services — supporting long-term organizational alignment, accountability, and innovation. Led development of Charlotte Water’s 2030 Strategic Plan, engaging 500+ staff across all levels and functions. Designed and facilitated a cross-functional planning process that translated strategic vision into actionable initiatives. Revamped the utility’s enterprise-wide performance reporting system, introducing new KPIs and visual dashboards to enhance accountability and decision-making.
