I have 30 years of experience in digital delivery and e-commerce spheres. Specifically solutions architected around software-as-a-service and MACH / Headless Approach. I have delivered C-level strategy consultancy, governance and Technical Direction on High value projects, unified technology approaches and channel management. I also have wide practical knowledge of systems analysis, budgeting and estimation, application design, development and testing, specialising in internet and cloud based applications.I am multi-lingual and my European and UK work history span many countries specifically in Continental Europe - specifically DACh and Benelux countries.Key technologies in this area was; e-commerce: Demandware SaaS (Salesforce), Salesforce B2B Lightning, Oracle OCC Customer Experience: RightNow and Oracle CX Suite, Salesforce Service CloudCRM: Salesforce, Oracle Sales CloudMarketing Cloud solutions: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing CloudI also have experience of working and running projects in South Africa, U.K, Benelux, DACh and Gulf States.
