In this role, I am working closely with the property managers and assistant controllers to ensure the daily processing of payables and receivables. It ensures that the monthly and year end financial reporting process can begin once the payables cycle has been completed- Processing monthly inter-company transactions to record payroll and property management fees while arranging for relevant inter-company funds transfer- Entering and recording invoices to relevant g/l codes in Yardi Voyager for retail and mixed use property- Ensure that invoices with PO\'s have been matched and verified- Processing staff expense reports- Issuing payment to vendors in a timely manner following management approval of invoices through the cheque and EFT payment processing runs.
