Founder, ComposerRest Your Mind, Awaken Your Dreams. Dream CPR was born out of a two-year period of grief and personal reinvention, during which I embraced the full meaning of its mission: to help people move from stress to calm, calm to rest, and from rest to a revitalized vigor for life. In the fall of 2024, I released the first Dream CPR album, which is now closing in on a million streams—an achievement mirrored by every subsequent release. This success solidified my belief that I could use my art to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.As the founder of Dream CPR, I compose ambient sleep and stress relief music designed to help listeners reconnect with their soul and logical brain while allowing their reptilian brain to rest. Each track is infused with heartfelt intent to guide individuals toward healthier ways forward that align with their values and aspirations.I am also the creator of the upcoming Guided Journeys for Restless Minds podcast, set to launch on April 22nd, which blends storytelling with mindfulness techniques to provide immersive experiences for relaxation and transformation.With over 20 years of experience as a composer and performer—including leading international ensembles like the Pangean Orchestra—I bring a global perspective to Dream CPR’s mission. My work has been featured on major TV networks, and venues throughout the world. Through Dream CPR, I aim to create a portable sanctuary of calm for those navigating a troubling time. An alternative to stressful stimuli and a supportive network to help you through.
