I\'ve spent my career figuring out how AI actually works in production - not in pitch decks.As a Senior Manager of Support Operations at Achievers, I lead AI-driven transformation across customer operations. That work has driven $1.5M in operational savings, a 70% self-service deflection rate, and a Gold Stevie Award for Best Use of AI by a Customer Service Manager. I build and deploy production AI agents, design automation workflows, and figure out where AI creates real leverage vs. where it creates noise.Along the way, I started writing about what I was learning.
