ABOUT COLIN MORONEY

I\'ve spent my career figuring out how AI actually works in production - not in pitch decks. As a Senior Manager of Support Operations at Achievers, I lead AI-driven transformation across customer operations. That work has driven $1.5M in operational savings, a 70% self-service deflection rate, and a Gold Stevie Award for Best Use of AI by a Customer Service Manager. I build and deploy production AI agents, design automation workflows, and figure out where AI creates real leverage vs. where it creates noise.Along the way, I started writing about what I was learning. That became Manic Edge - a publishing project where I turn operational AI experience into practical resources for other leaders navigating the same challenges. So far I\'ve published four AI Leadership Workbooks with 55 hands-on tasks spanning productivity, content creation, sales tools, and web development. No theory. No fluff. Just the things I\'ve learned by being accountable for AI outcomes at enterprise scale.I write about:→ What AI adoption actually looks like inside operations teams→ Prompt engineering as a leadership skill, not just a technical one→ The gap between AI hype and AI implementation→ How mid-level leaders can drive AI adoption through action, not slide decksIf any of that resonates, the workbooks and everything else live at manicedge.com.
