In his current role, Colin is focused on building a talent ecosystem that brings everyday happiness to households across India.With a rich and diverse career spanning several industries—including Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, Engineering Solutions, Projects, Telecom, ITES, FMCG, and Pharmaceuticals—Colin has held key leadership roles across both operational and strategic dimensions of HR. His professional journey includes impactful tenures with renowned organizations such as Voltas, Group HR – Tata Sons, Tata Teleservices, WNS Global Services, Bharti Airtel, Hindustan Unilever & Pfizer. He has played a pivotal role in managing people and driving change during complex Mergers & Acquisitions.Colin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Postgraduate in Business Management.
