I have experience leading multiple delivery teams, and mentoring engineers to develop both hard and soft skills to be able to operate autonomously.I don\'t believe that a jack of all trades is a master of none. I work with various technologies and wear numerous hats. Throughout the years, I have tinkered with both hardware and software, which gives me better insight on how things work. I like to perform tasks at least once manually so I can understand the use cases and pain points before immediately reaching for a product or service that makes life easier.My philosophy is that you should never take shortcuts, unless you fully intend to revisit it again and approach it properly a second time. I like solving puzzles, and that\'s what I think most challenges are.Throughout my career, I have and continue to significantly improve products, services, and processes. I am a big fan of open-source software, and like using best-of-breed technologies that best solve a problem while providing a maintainable solution.Job descriptions, roles, and responsibilities aren\'t career boundaries to me, they\'re the minimum expectation. I don\'t like to sit down at a desk all day. I like to see what others are doing, and see how I can help. That allows me to understand different areas of the business.
