I started out wanting to be a programmer, and for a while, I was all in. But I soon realized the real joy for me lay not just in coding but in connecting with people across the business, uncovering challenges, brainstorming opportunities, and building solutions together. That realization has shaped everything since.Today I bring over 20 years of experience in software delivery, product operations, and Agile leadership, mostly inside SaaS organizations where complexity, pace, and scale are the norm. The deterministic layer owns the signal detection — what\'s at risk, what\'s off track, what needs a decision. The AI handles the narrative, turning structured signals into something a leadership team can actually read and act on. It\'s my way of taking close to two decades of delivery pattern recognition and making it repeatable and useful for other delivery professionals, without depending on gut feel or manual reporting.I\'m particularly drawn to SaaS organizations building web-based products, and to the question of how AI can sharpen delivery judgment rather than replace it.
