I am responsible for advancing employer development and engagement strategies that maximizes student employment and internship outcomes for University of Bridgeport students and alumni. through strategic cultivation and strengthening of communication and engagement. Some duties include• Determining the hiring needs of employers and promoting UB’s Career Development services to employers. • Assisting with high-volume on-campus recruitment and virtual recruitment events locally and nationally.• Collaborating with university departments and the greater Bridgeport community to grow previous and new relationships with employers and alumni.• Collecting and synthesizing data that measurably impacts the outcomes of student hiring in post-graduation employment.
