Colin Hayworth is a leader who has become passionate about Human Resources throughout his career, and has grown within the Talent Acquisition discipline to appropriately match the right talent with the right opportunity. As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Hudl, he leads a team that consults with management in an effort to attract and hire the best talent available for a growing global business. Hired in May 2021, Colin leverages his proven recruiting and Human Resources experience in sourcing and placing qualified candidates and for executing on progressive talent strategies. Prior to joining BCBSNE, Colin was employed as a Manager, Talent Acquisition at BCBSNE for seven years and as a Sr Recruiter at Mutual of Omaha for six years. He established his corporate recruiting career while employed for West Asset Management (previously Omnium Worldwide) from January 2007 to March 2008. Colin started in the field of staffing while working for Manpower, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2006, where he supported a wide range of customers throughout the Omaha metro area. A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications, with a concentration in Advertising.
