I am a Property Expert and Managing Partner of Hardies Property and Construction Consultants. Hardies Property & Construction Consultants are one of the UK\'s leading surveying practices offering core services of Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Principal Designer/ Health & Safety Advisor, Energy Assessments and Housing Services. We operate in both the Private and Public sectors and have extensive experience in all types of projects that the UK has to offer, both small and large scale. We have 13 offices spread across the UK. I was awarded an honorary Doctorate for Surveying Services by Leeds Beckett University.
