   Recruited by CEO as third employee to build out finance function for PE-backed (Hudson Sustainable) residential solar and storage finance start-up launching nationwide in 2026. Serve as primary liaison to private equity sponsor and strategic investors on capital formation, liquidity strategy, and financial architecture- Leading fundraise across contemplated preferred equity, debt, and investment tax credit (ITC) monetization vehicles in the capital stack—managing strategy, investor marketing, structuring, due diligence, execution, and integration- Building finance function from ground up as first department hire, implementing NetSuite ERP and establishing foundational accounting, FP & A, and reporting capabilities to support commercial deployment and scalable growth- Serving as primary interface to investors and board, leading preparation of financial materials, board meetings, and investor updates to ensure transparency and alignment on growth strategy and capital deployment- Partnering with CEO on financial strategies supporting value creation, translating business objectives into financial models, scenario analyses, and capital structure optimization
