I work at the intersection of strategy, data, AI, and business systems, helping organizations turn ambition into operating leverage. My focus is on building the foundations that allow companies to make better decisions, scale efficiently, and adopt AI in ways that are practical, governed, and durable.At TimelyCare, I lead enterprise data and analytics, spanning architecture, engineering, BI, data science, and core business systems. My role combines hands-on execution with executive partnership, ensuring that data platforms, GTM systems, and emerging AI capabilities are aligned to how the business actually operates and grows.Much of my work centers on modernizing data and system foundations, moving away from bespoke and fragile solutions toward reusable and governed architectures that support analytics today and AI at scale tomorrow. This includes redesigning enterprise data platforms, aligning Salesforce and CPQ to real-world operating models, and establishing structured intake and governance frameworks to move AI use cases from concept to production.I am particularly interested in the last mile of data and AI, including governance, incentives, adoption, and measurement. In my experience, technology only creates value when it is embedded into workflows, trusted by teams, and tied to clear business outcomes, especially in regulated environments.I am focused on helping organizations scale data and AI capabilities in step with business growth, while building toward long-term digital maturity that balances speed, trust, and impact.
