Currently doing my last year of studies part time in the french engineering school \"Ecole des Mines de Saint Etienne\" as an apprentice. I spent time working in Financial department trying to reduce new project\'s cost in automotive and I actually specialize myself in program management and continuous improvement by working on Lean program improvement in STMicroelectonics. This experience allows me to better understand the organisation\'s needs, how to lead change, how to animate a workshop by keeping in mind the importance of replacing human in the center of our organisations
