Led a team of offshore developers, facilitating daily SCRUM ceremonies, tracking sprint progress, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of project milestones through structured coordination and technical mentorship.Orchestrated the migration of an existing workflow sourcing a fraud investigation tool from an insurance client\'s legacy database to their new Snowflake environment. Consolidated legacy code comprised of SAS, Cobol & SQL into Snowflake SQL scripts to create a new flow. Transitioned all ETL responsibilities from the vendor to our client to cut costs and foster client ownership of the process.
