ABOUT COLINE DECOURCELLE

I have always had a strong attraction for the protection of the environment and a willingness to put change into action. While many areas interest me, such as ocean protection or ecosystem conservation, I am now working to accelerate an agricultural transition through the Living Soil program with Earthworm. I am convinced that agriculture can ensure sufficient food production while respecting ecosystems. Moreover, agriculture can be a lever for climate change mitigation. To meet these challenges, practices must evolve towards more agro-ecologies adapted to each context. During my training as a general engineer at Mines ParisTech, I had a wide variety of professional experiences. I did a research internship in an oceanography laboratory, the LOCEAN, I was then a quantitative analyst at Antuko, a Chilean consulting firm in the renewable energy sector, and then I did an internship with Météo France and the INRAE on the consequences of climate change.
