I develop and enhance mobile apps for the financial / banking industry (Fintech). Apps are both native iOS and hybrid, with a heavy emphasis on security. For current projects, I use Xcode, Swift 4, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) following the agile process to deliver quick and robust results. While leading a mobile app development project, I was instrumental in helping backend developers troubleshoot issues on the server side. When troubleshooting issues that involve multiple technical departments, I lead discussions to resolve the problems. After taking over a high-profile project that was 2 years in the making and that many feared would fail, I turned it around and brought it to successful completion in 6 weeks. I mentor developers with a wide range of development and troubleshooting issues. Some projects follow the waterfall approach while others are agile. I interview technical candidates for iOS developer, front-end developer, and sys admin roles. Several candidates I recommended were hired and have become valued employees.
