Take appropriate corrective action according to established policies and guidelines • Understand Product Use Rights, license allowances, and contractual entitlements for software products and manufacturers (with a specialty in one or more manufacturers) i.e, Microsoft ad Adobe • Analyze purchase records and other entitlement information (including contracts, EULAs, EAs, etc.)
