I have led operational expenditure transformation programmes for global and UK based financial services organisations. Assisting them in reducing their opex budgets through modernising their legacy technology; outsourcing their datacentre and infrastructure operations; modernising their desktop technology and moving to new operating models with robotics and devops.Since 2017 I have researched the social and economic impact of robotics and AI on society. This is certainly an exciting time to be a technologist and society will experience a significant disruption through the introduction of AI and robotics.
