What we do at SDNOur team are amazing. We’ve built a team of staff and associates who share common values, trust and care for each other, that leads to quality and innovation for customers. Our core activities are: Programme Development: We design and implement national initiatives that translate skills policies into practical outcomes Resource Creation: We develop toolkits, applications, and resources to support skills delivery and developmentKnowledge Sharing: We deliver training, workshops and events,(virtual and in-person) and consultancy Research: We conduct specialist surveys, interviews, focus groups, desk research and data analysis Our partners include the Department for Education (DfE), Education and Training Foundation, MESMA, Association of Employment and Learning Providers, Amazon, CIPD, Gatsby, Skills Federation, University Vocational Awards Council, CBI and a network of over 200 business intermediary organisations.
