    As the Global Director for Corporate Health, Safety, Security, Crisis Management and Process Safety, of an $8Billion Fortune 500 Company, with over 56 manufacturing and 19 non-manufacturing locations, I work with a diverse team of personnel around the world spanning many different cultures and languages to create and implement a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel and the communities in which we operate. Delivering a sustained World Class level of safety and health performance for employees LTIR of 0.03 and TRIR of 0.08 and similar contractor LTIR of 0.09 and TRIR of 0.25, this requires personal drive, leadership and strong communication and team-building skills.\\\\nResponsibilities include:\\\\n• Facilitation of the development of key global EHSS strategies and functions\\\\n• Delivery of improvement objectives for full compliance with applicable corporate & local goals as well as regulatory standards\\\\n• Creation, development and implementation of Process Safety Management practices\\\\n• Global harmonization of procedures, systems, training and development in the fields of EHSS, PSM, Crisis Management, Incident Investigation\\\\n• Engagement of key stakeholders to ensure consensus and buy-in to identified programs\\\\n• Active leadership in the engagement of personnel in a global Behavior Based Safety program\\\\n• Coaching and development of leadership personnel within the global EHSS function\\\\n• Development of key Indicators consistent with a “best in class” global model to be used to continuously measure performance, identify areas of further opportunity and prioritization of improvement plans\\\\nProven success in working within a Matrix organization, as well as more traditional organizational structures, with a focus on personnel interaction, empowerment and accountability.
