ABOUT COLIN WEIR
Colin joined Carlyle in 2013 as a Principal. In that time he has worked closely with clients and candidates, delivering both interim and permanent Search assignments, predominantly within financial services. He has a particular interest in regulatory, operational and credit risk mandates, as well as a deep specialism across the platform industry. His earlier experiences were gained at Diageo working within their IT operations and communications division. With over twenty five years in the industry, Colin values the relationships that he has built with clients, candidates and colleagues. An ex international swimmer and water polo player, Colin still regularly competes in distance open water swim events. Carlyle was founded in 2002; and over the last two decades, the Carlyle team have built a reputation for excellence in Executive Search. We have extensive experience of partnering with business leaders to help them build their leadership capability and gain the specialist expertise required to achieve successful business outcomes and build teams that allow them to thrive.
