Channel Development Director E-Trading | EVO GroupI lead the trading strategy across EVO’s four main websites, including Staples, Find My Supplies, and My Post Shop. My focus is on driving commercial performance through the development of innovative website functionalities and data-driven strategies that enhance segmentation, targeting, and positioning—ensuring we deliver the most engaging and relevant experiences to our customers.Our goal is to make EVO’s websites and brands market leaders—offering not only competitive propositions but also exceptional user experiences that drive high levels of customer engagement and sustained growth.In addition to our core platforms, we’ve expanded our trading footprint across key UK marketplaces and scaled our affiliate programs to strengthen brand visibility and new channels.Looking ahead to 2025, we are extending our E-trading success into European markets, leveraging the proven strategies from the UK to drive international growth.I hold full P&L accountability for the E-trading channel and am responsible for both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of our digital commerce operations.
