Head of Training @Cds Defence & Security

Currently employed in a Senior Leadership position as the Head of Training for CDS DS, working in partnership with the CDS DS Executive Leadership Team, and other Business Unit (BU) and Department Heads, this role forms part of the Operating Board for the Company. With the help of an experienced and talented of team of both FTE’s and Associates, the Training BU deliver end to end training solutions, we deliver all stages of training, from assessment, to design, delivery, and assurance. We possess deep DSAT expertise, talented Digital Designers, experienced Training Delivery professionals and a full time Behavioural Psychologist who ensures all our outputs are guided and underpinned by research and data. The Training BU deliver Executive Coaching to Commanding Officers and Chaplains in the British Army whilst in partnership with M2M2 manage and deliver the Army Trainer Capability, delivering professional accreditation from Level 3 to Level 7 in Education & Training and Coaching and Mentoring to thousands of Army Trainers every year. The Training Delivery team also deliver a range of Telecoms and Cyber Training than can be tailored to the specific needs of the client and our Cultural Courses help to develop cultures in both the defence and Security Sectors.
