To ensure that the SAP MRP Control allocated is actioned as per the Operations requirements and that all the MRP demands, B.O.M’s and Alerts are reviewed and analysed to eliminate errors and ensure that all the Manufacturing, Purchasing and Subcontract activities are in line with the Master production schedule.Main Accountabilities- Validate / Plan applicable MRP controller code(s) demand on SAP. Reviewing B.O.M’s to establish correct manufacturing structure.Synchronise Cell sequence lists with MPS monthly updates.Firm planning demand (Planned orders) on SAP to synchronise production and procurement. Review, analyze and act upon alerts on SAP (MRP exception messages).Assist material planning group with forecasting and planning.Long and short term subcontract planning.Attending Planning, cell manufacture, project and subcontract meetings as required.Review and act upon ECN changes on planned orders.Maintain sequence list DDQ validity.Update / Publish production dashboard with key information (Monthly).Provide monthly absorption figures and charts.Maintain production planning metrics as required
