As well as continuing to do recruitment for our valued clients, in 2023 I decided to help / mentor Consultants, who know how to fill permanent roles, to set up and run their own business. I have been in permanent recruitment since 1987 and have employed and trained 100s of recruiters in that time. I want to pass this knowledge on, along with the infrastructure and expertise to enable a motivated consultant to operate in a professional way, from home.There are no upfront costs, no monthly fees and no long-term commitments. AES makes its income, from what we provide, out of your first of annual billings at a rate of 30%; the consultant keeps the rest. We have one consultant who has been with us since 2009, who regularly makes over per annum and keeps everything they bill except which comes to AES; what could you achieve?I firmly believe, that what is the point of having years of knowledge, if you can’t enrich the ability of people around you to improve themselves for their own and families benefit.
