ABOUT COLIN SIMPSON

As Head of Operations, I am integral to the entire business and have day to day involvement in ever aspect of how the business operates. This includes managing personnel, managing 3rd party service providers, managing product requirement forecasts, managing client relationships, product development and developing new relationships with corporate clients. As part of the senior management team, I play a pivotal part in developing new business strategies. I report directly to the business founders and the Managing Director. Collectively we decide on critical business decisions and drive the business forward by planning new strategies to target new opportunities. Amongst these opportunities are projects with large pharmacy groups, hospitals, Dispensing Doctors practices, major supermarket chains and national transportation providers. I am recognised for my excellent communication skills whilst operating at Executive Board level. I have a proven track record for delivering multiple, complex projects across a wider portfolio. An experienced professional who is trusted to understand and articulate organizational strategies whilst delivering operational insights. Passionate about refining the communication workflow, in particular when interacting and leading projects that include senior stakeholders and 3rd party service providers. These skills are complimented by a dynamic enjoyment for developing team members talents and skills in order to deliver exceptional results.
