I have worked in a highly technical role for over 19 years bringing a positive attitude to the workplace everyday with a goal of solving problems and making the environment exciting for all. I currently oversee the Director/Technical Director and Audio groups at our NESN studios. This group covers all pre and postgame coverage for Red Sox Baseball and Bruins hockey while also covering our nightly news programs. I am the go to manager for all things technical and workflow related on a daily basis ensuring the operations department can meet the needs of the production department. I find efficiencies in the workflow either thru the technology or other resources and work closely with engineering to troubleshoot problems. I also oversee our Community service program at NESN finding and creating volunteer opportunities for our employees to make an impact in our community. Specialties: Broadcast media, server based workflow, operations management, automation, multi-platform high definition, SDI, interconnectivity, project management, people management. Especially familiar with Ross Automation, Imagine ADC Master Control, ENPS, Volicon Observer, Vantage WorkflowsI also am a cohost on the Trust the Prophets youtube page, creating and delivering exciting, engaging horse racing content
