Led the design & development unit in multiple industry Web, Mobile, AR and VR applications for market leading clients such as Diehl Aviation, EDEKA or Von Poll. Designed and developed an inclusive media guide for cultural institutions, specializing in accessibility design (using Figma, JS, Vue.js). Managed key accounts by communicating MVPs and presenting applications at exhibitions like ILA Berlin (using Unity Engine, C#). Initiated an e-learning project with the Head of the State Chancellery of Schleswig-Holstein and executed multiple workshops with school classes with a VR e-learning application (using Unreal Engine) about deepfakes. Consulted cultural institutions and talked at industry corporations, such as Hapag-Lloyd, about digitalization (UX, Internal & External Process Management) and upcoming technologies (AR, VR, AI). Negotiated multiple contracts and ensured success from start-to-end. Build up a team, brand and business from zero to a six-figure sales volume.
