ABOUT COLIN SEAN CASEY
As a judicial law clerk at the United States Tax Court, I apply my research and analysis skills to assist judges in resolving complex tax disputes. I review briefs, draft opinions, and conduct legal research on various tax issues. I earned an LL.M. in taxation at Georgetown University Law Center, where I was able to deepen my knowledge and understanding of the tax code, regulations, and policies. I hold a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, where I served as a research assistant on tax law topics. My goal is to use my education and experience to contribute to the development and improvement of tax law and administration.
