Colin Schilling is the CEO and Co-Founder of Schilling Cider, the most innovative, fastest-growing, and forward-thinking hard cider company in the country which operates the nation\'s largest fresh-pressed cidery. Colin\'s unrivaled expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence have revolutionized the cider landscape. In addition to cider, Colin has a passion for food and beverage broadly and has created and consulted on brands in the non-alcoholic, coffee, energy, and cannabis spaces. He has an MBA focused in entrepreneurship and business sustainability and worked in tech consulting prior to founding the cider company. In addition to the wholesale business, Schilling Cider operates two retail locations in Seattle and Portland which are the largest cider taprooms in the world by draft cider offerings! Colin strongly believes business is a force for good and change and has integrated numerous sustainable practices into the core business. He is also an industry thought leader on people-first company culture and works to deliver a best-in-class employment experience for every employee. Outside of work, Colin is an adrenaline enthusiast, outdoorsman, home chef, and cat dad!

   Schilling Cider is a craft cider company based in the Pacific Northwest. Two of our main company values are Innovation Culture and Entrepreneurial Mindset. Our company vision statement is “Crafting world-class beverages to elevate life’s everyday moments”. It is in this vein that we were the first cidery on the West Coast to put cider in cans when the industry was strictly glass bottles and marketed to high-end retail. We make all of our ciders from fresh-pressed apple juice, fruit purees and natural ingredients. We have opened two Schilling Cider branded retail cider house locations, one in Seattle and one in Portland, with record-setting 32 and 50 draft lines of cider respectively. We are a leader in cider innovation with our fruit-forward ciders and we have created many industry firsts such as being the first imperial cider in a can in the nation. Excelsior is an 8.5% cider made with heirloom cider apples. We are continually innovating and creating the path forward in the cider segment, not just locally but through strategic regional expansion throughout the U.S. We continue to push the boundaries beyond the cider category and have several beyond beer releases and many more projects in our innovation pipeline. It is our continued goal to lead the category from the front through education, innovation, and quality. In addition to cider, the company continues to diversify into new beverage categories, consulting, and contract production for select clients.
