The Unmasking Project aims to destigmatize mental health by promoting mental fitness and wellness among young adults.In a world of constant movement, many young adults face complex challenges but don’t know where to begin when seeking support. Access to mental health professionals is often limited, especially in early development.We address this gap by partnering with mental health organizations and foundations as a trusted first point of access. Through collaborations with local mental health clinics, our nonprofit also funds first sessions.The Unmasking Project exists to bridge that divide, because knowing where to go and how to take the first step is often the biggest barrier to getting help.
