With over 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry, serving in various roles that contributed to the success of the organization and the great people within. I take pride in being a state-certified Journeyman Machinist, with a solid foundation in both conventional and non-conventional trades such as LASER, Electrochemical Machining, and Multi-Axis Milling/Grinding.Range of competencies include Production/Operations Management, Strategy Development, Quality Assurance, New Product Introduction (NPI), High-Volume Manufacturing and Problem Solving, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), as well as Maintenance and Safety Management Systems. I have led and coached several supply chain, engineering and operations teams utilizing lean and six sigma methodologies through product development and industrialization of manufacturing processes. I am passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to uncover innovative solutions and excel in their roles. I embrace a facilitative and servant leadership style, bringing together cross-functional teams and nurturing their talents to achieve collective success.
