I am an Operations and Supply Chain Specialist, always working hard to find new and innovative ways of enhancing delivery standards and the supply base for any business. I have a particular speciality in international supply chains and I like to work fast in appraising all of the potential issues and problems that might affect any aspect of the platform as they arise, getting to understand them as best I can, trying to find a solution to the issues without causing undue delay to the operation of the business. I have also worked well with teams of people of varying sizes. I like working in a team, getting it to work as effectively as possible towards the desired business objective and I like motivating and encouraging people too. It gives me great satisfaction to see everything come together at the end of the day.
