I recently graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and a collateral in Business Analytics. My academic background and hands-on experience in both corporate and distribution settings have equipped me with strong skills in demand planning, inventory management, data analysis, and process optimization.I approach problem-solving with a structured, analytical mindset—whether identifying the root cause of an order issue, improving forecast accuracy, or turning data into actionable insights. My focus is always on delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.As a Supply Chain Intern at Old World Industries, I:• Analyzed historical sales trends using Excel and Power BI to support accurate demand forecasting• Partnered with sales teams to refine and align projections• Ensured data integrity by reconciling supplier and company master data• Led a project using customer order data to enhance forecast models and reduce stockoutsPreviously, at Cherokee Distributing Company, I supported daily logistics operations by scheduling and dispatching delivery routes, ensured timely product distribution across East Tennessee, communicated with drivers to resolve delivery delays, addressed customer concerns related to orders and invoicing, and performed end-of-day reconciliation of cash, checks, and invoices to ensure financial accuracy.Outside of work, I’ve contributed to service projects with the American Red Cross, KARM, and UT’s free campus store, where I improved processes and enhanced the customer experience.I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data and cross-functional teamwork to improve supply chain performance and support smart decision-making.Let’s connect!
