Additionally, I’ve led the successful integration and growth of new service lines (Structural and MEP) across Wisconsin, helping the company expand and thrive. Below are my notable accomplishments I assisted in creating strategic plan for the company’s first acquisition outside of Wisconsin, in Iowa, setting the foundation for successful expansion. I identified and tackled inefficiencies in project management, which helped reduce overhead costs, boost productivity, and significantly increase profitability. I also developed and implemented a Business Development Plan for Land Development, leading to a remarkable 6X growth in revenue and a 12X increase in profitability through organic growth. As a result, I ranked among the top in the firm for profit generation, with a client portfolio that I built organically.
