Fulfilling the role of Responsible Tailings Facility Engineer (RTFE) for the Coal Mountain and Cardinal River mines. ABOUT COLIN MCGRATH
Colin McGrath, P.Eng, is a Geotechnical Engineer with over 12 years of Geotechnical Engineering experience specializing in mine waste. He has been involved in large scale drill programs completing soil and rock logging, installing instrumentation, and well hydrogeologic testing in Northern Canada. Colin has also provided quality assurance monitoring during construction of tailings dam embankments completing in situ density tests, on site lab testing, and providing foundation approvals. Colin has also been a part of emergency response teams and Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees.
