WORK HISTORY
Alumni Career Coach and Social Entrepreneurship Advisor @Georgetown University Walsh School Of Foreign Service
Washington, DC, US
In the face of unprecedented disruption in public-service careers, I build networks, resources, and workshops to help career officers work at scale, create new partnerships across campus, and help students and alumni find new ways forward in line with their missions and values- Created and led a series of structured networking Zooms for SFS alumni, then invited the Fletcher School to partner and replicate this model, then expanded the format to the entire Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA), producing the first-ever joint networking event for 125+ alumni from 17+ schools across the United States- Forged a partnership between the Georgetown Entrepreneurship Initiative and the School of Foreign Service to make GEship experts and resources available to SFS students and alumni, then leveraged that partnership to create and lead a series of workshops teaching social-entrepreneurial skills and strategies to students and alumni- Independently created a free Slack workspace for international-affairs professionals to form job search councils and follow the Never Search Alone method together, serving 200+ members and counting
