In 2009 I started my career as a contractor in the aviation industry. Due to my hardwork and commitment I was employed by Thomas Cook Airlines as a warehouse Logistic Storeman. During my employment I have gained vast knowledge and qualifications and was working towards a supervision role before the company went into liquidation.I am responsible for the shipping and tracking of parts. This includes liaising with freight forwarders and shipment of dangerous goods.Being qualified as a EASA part 145 and part M stores inspector I can confidently check and approve goods coming into stores.I am able to accurately record the movement of stock and tools in and out of stores while supporting the engineers.My role also involves the use of fork lift trucks which includes reach and counter balance up to I also hold an air side driving pass.
