Colin’s focus while founding Presence Design PLLC in 2020, was to follow his passion for urban infill projects. He guides his practice by using unique designs solutions that provide high yield products. Kenyon’s focus is to create a holistic approach to architecture and development, recognizing each community’s desires for a higher quality of life, while meeting the economic challenges in todays-built environment.ARIZONA-FOCUSED KEY MESSAGING:As the founders of Presence Design being Arizona locals, they have watched as developers have carelessly expanded the phoenix metro plex into the longest continuous city-state connecting it to Tucson. They have watched all the lakes drop to dangerous drought levels and people move to the valley chasing a cheaper life style only to price its community out of its lifestyle. Although we cannot address all these issues it is our goal to make sure the work we do helps direct future development inward by attaching infill development in a way that is both enriching to its community and economically sustainable.DESIGN PROCESS:The design process allows us to be a source of offering inspiring directions leading to worldly wellbeing, placing value to the natural environment, life’s affordability, fostering space for personal growth and expanding the sense of community.
