Responsible for leading a two-year, multi-project programme and accountable for its successful delivery.Providing programme management, strategic consultancy, and authoritative advice to senior business leaders and project teams across the organisation.Key Achievements:Designed and defined the full programme scope from 1st principles, encompassing 5 project streams, using my structured approach spanning 3 phases and 5 stages per phase, delivering over 40 work packages. Developed all the tasks required to deliver the programme.Developed the Programme Blueprint, establishing a comprehensive framework of activities required to achieve defined outputs and strategic objectives. This Blueprint can readily be adopted to deliver similar business change programmes.Assessed the Programme Resources and recruited/recruiting PM resources in record time.Implemented a weekly workshop session to develop non-project trained staff and to improve the the problem identification and solution, using techniques like Fishbone/5 Whys.Developing a weekly Power BI dashboard using data from MS Project.
